MAW Enterprises, Skoda Cars official distributor for Nepal launched new New Skoda Rapid 1.0 TSI  in Nepalese market on August 2020 targeted to budget customers , on its luxury sedan portfolio.

Latest Update: Skoda has added a new Rapid Rider Plus variant to the Rapid’s lineup in Nepalese market.

New Skoda Rapid Price : The BS6 Rapid is priced between Rs 34.9 lakh and Rs 51.90 lakh (ex-showroom Nepal).

Variants Available in Nepal : It is available in six variants: Rider, Rider Plus, Ambition, Onyx, Style and Monte Carlo.

Skoda Rapid Power train: The BS6 Rapid gets only one engine option: a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol unit (110PS/175Nm).

Skoda Rapid Features: Skoda offers the sedan with LED DRLs, front fog lamps, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, automatic climate control, push-button start, auto-dimming IRVM, tilt and telescopic steering, height-adjustable driver seat, and a 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and MirrorLink. The top-spec variants get a new 8.0-inch touchscreen unit.

Skoda Rapid Safety: The Rapid is available with dual front airbags and ABS with EBD as standard. The top-spec variant is equipped with front side airbags as well. The automatic variants of the Rapid come with electronic stability control (diesel only) and hill hold control.
